Moving to Germany with leishmaniose positive dog

I plan on moving to Berlin with my dog. She has leishmaniose but it's under control and we've treated it all her life. I know we need to go through a long process of testing and bureaucracy before moving. However, the tests and documents don't regard leishmaniose specifically and het vet considers her to be in perfect health other than that.
Does anyone know if this is possible or heard of any other cases, whatever the outcome was?

Hallo, das ist kein Problem. Leishmaniose ist keine meldepflichtige Krankheit. Viele nehmen ihren infizierten Hund zB mit in den Urlaub ins Ausland und auch wieder zurück. Wichtig ist der Heimtierausweis mit einer gültigen Tollwutimpfung.
